5 tips before the exam

    Don't avoid the exam. Mentally prepare yourself to take it. Anxiety increases if you don't confront what you're afraid of.

    Talk to someone you trust about how you're feeling.

    Start studying well in advance of the exam. Get an overview of the syllabus and create a realistic study schedule. Plan to do something enjoyable during your free time, something you can look forward to.
