What is Athletica BOOST?
Athletica BOOST is a motivational competition Athletica is arranging every autumn and spring for all of our members.
- You compete with yourself over five weeks.
- The aim is to create good training habits and train at least two sessions a week.
- One session must be a group training class at SiO Athletica - you get rewarded for that!
- If you manage two sessions per week, where one of them is a group class, in at least 4 out of 5 weeks, you can be in the draw for the main prizes.
- To join the competition and keep track of your training, collect your Athletica BOOST card in one of our receptions.
When is this?
For the spring 2024 it all kickstarts on Monday March 11th in week 11, and lasts until April 14th in week 15. You can get your Athletica BOOST card in our clubs during this period. To be in the draw for the main prizes, your card must be delivered in one of our receptions before Sunday April 28th in week 17.
How does it work?
For every session you complete, come by one of our receptions and get a stamp in your BOOST card. You can document self-training outside of our clubs with photos or tracking/log on a watch or similar, and get a stamp in the BOOST card afterwards.
When you have worked out two times in one week, you get a weekly prize from us in the reception. Remember that one of the two workouts must be a group training class with us. The other workout is completely optional. Scroll down to see what an approved workout is.
If you manage to complete two workouts per week, where one per week is a group class, for at least 4 out of 5 weeks in total, you can hand in your BOOST card to us and you are in the draw for the main prizes.

Several workouts in one day?
To get a stamp on the card, your workouts must be spread over different days. We recommend a little training steadily, rather than a lot of training at once.
What is an approved workout?
One of the workouts per week must be a group class at SiO Athletica. Here you can see all our group class categories. Maybe you will find a new favorite?
The other workouts are completely optional. An optional workout must be a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity, such as training in the studio, training outside or at home, group class, sports activity, ski trip, hiking, going for a walk and such.
You can document self-training with photos or tracking/log on a watch or similar, and get a stamp on the BOOST card afterwards.
