Do you like swimming? Athletica Domus has 2 pools, one that is 25 meters long and a smaller and warmer pool at 33 degrees Celsius.
Athletica has a wide offering of group training, courses, personal training (PT) and swimming courses for children.


Opening hours

The pools follow the club’s opening hours. The large swimming pool changing rooms are closed for cleaning every Monday to Friday at 12.45pm to 2pm.

The age limit for pool entry is 18 years, except for children under 18 at family swimming or courses. 

You have access to the swimming pool included in an ordinary membership or you can buy a drop in ticket for 120 NOK. We also offer 10 swimming pool sessions for 990 NOK. 

Family swimming

Both pools are open for family swimming on Saturdays 9am – 2pm, and on Sundays 10am – 4pm. Pools are always open in the days between Christmas and New Year, Easter and during summer holidays in July.

The family swimming is open to everyone, both members and non-members. Adults can bring up to 3 children each and children must be under adult supervision at all times.

It’s mandatory to buy a ticket before entering the swimming pool. A children’s ticket is 45kr.

At busy times, family swimming time will be limited to a maximum of 1 hour per family.

Courses and group training in the swimming pool

Do you wish to advance your crawl or join a group training session in water? We have skilled personal trainers and instructors for courses and classes in the swimming pool. We also have swimming courses for children.

Andreas Johansen

Andreas has been working as a swimming instructor for many years, and is a swimming performer himself. He offers swimming instruction and exercise adapted to your goals and needs, whether you are a new swimmer or are aiming for a triathlon. Join Andreas for a safe and efficient swimming lesson.

Hanne Lockertsen

Hanne’s education is as a Personal Trainer, with additional expertise in training to prevent osteoporosis. She has a lot of competence in different areas, such as strength, endurance, flexibility, crossfit and yoga.

She is a former athlete in swimming, and has been giving children and youth swimming lessons for many years. Hanne will custom make the training for you and your goals, whether you are aiming for the Police Academy or the military - or just want to be a better swimmer.
