Fagerborg Student House

Noisy construction work is ongoing as part of the renovation of Åsaveien 2. The project is expected to be completed in June 2026.

At the same time, there will be excavation work to install district heating in Industrigata and Åsaveien.

The working hours are between 07:00-19:00 on weekdays. In special cases, they may have to work on Saturdays between 09:00-18:00.

The work will cause noise and dust, and there will be construction traffic in Åsaveien this period.

All housing units in the student house have their own storage room. The majority of these are located in the basement, but some are located on the same floor as the housing unit. Remember to buy a padlock for the storage room.

No matter where in Oslo you may find yourself, there is always a connection to Majorstuen – which is located 10 mins from the student house. From here there are subway, tram and bus lines to most nooks and crannies of the city.

It's APCOA PARKING that rents out parking in the student house's courtyard. There is only MC parking. Read more about how to purchase a parking agreement here.

Bikes are parked in the bicycle rack outside the student house.

You can throw away your trash in the containers in the backyard.

Remember to recycle all your trash!

You can read more about recycling in the municipality of Oslo here.

The student house's laundry is located in the basement with entrance from the backyard. Read more about how to use the laundry here.
