BJJ: Introduction NEW!

In this class you will learn what Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is, and you will get a basic understanding of the sport and its basic techniques. This class is suitable for those who want to learn more about martial arts. It is not necessary with a uniform (Gi), but we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes without pockets, buttons and zippers. The class is suitable for everyone, especially beginners.

BJJ: NOGI

Join us for a martial arts class where we will be practicing basic techniques, drills and sparring from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Sparring means working with a partner. In this class there will be no uniforms (Gi), but we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes without pockets, buttons and zippers. The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

BJJ: Mixed Class

Join us for a martial arts class where we will be practicing basic techniques, drills and sparring from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Sparring means working with a partner. The class will also contain bodyweight training, specific for improving your skills in combat sports. It is recommended that you wear a uniform (Gi). With a Gi you will have a functional and comfortable attire, in addition it is a good tool when sparring. The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

BJJ: Open mat NEW!

In this class we mainly focus on sparring in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). We call it open mat because you can focus the practice on the skills that you want to. In this class it is optional to wear a uniform (Gi). The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

Muay Thai NEW!

Muay Thai is a combat sport from Thailand which incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, knees and stand-up grappling.
This class aims to increase your knowledge and skill level while improving your physical conditioning via shadow work, pad combinations, and partner drills.
All levels welcome.

Muay Thai Combined NEW!

Punch, kick, knee, elbow and grapple.
This extended Muay Thai class incorporates shadow work, pad combinations, partner drills and
controlled sparring to form a complete stand-up fighting system that challenges both physically and mentally.
