Join our instructors for fun and active group training classes!

Training with others will give you that little extra push to train harder.

Our instructors have expertise in all types of training and will always guide you thoroughly in the class.

We have around 270 group training classes a week – so you’re sure to find something you like. Classes include everything from yoga and dancing to spinning and different types of strength classes. Book a class here or in the Mitt SiO app. 

Are you an early bird or a night owl? Our classes run all day long. On a typical day our classes start at 7am, and our latest classes finish at around 9pm.

You can join a group training class no matter what shape you are in. If the class requires that you have experience from before, it will be clearly specified in the class description.

Group training classes can be booked up to 5 days in advance.
