What is Athletica KEEP IT UP?
Athletica KEEP IT UP is a competition that SiO Athletica organizes every spring for all our members with the aim to boost their motivation for training.
- You compete with yourself over six weeks.
- The aim is to create good training habits and train at least two sessions a week.
- One of the two workouts must be a group training class - we will give you a weekly award for that.
- If you train three times a week, that is a bonus (and you qualify to join the bonus draw).
- If you manage to keep your training up for minimum 3 out of 6 weeks, you can be in the draw for the main prizes.
When is the competition?
This spring, it starts Monday March 13th and lasts until Sunday April 23rd. To participate in the competition, pick up your KEEP IT UP stamp card at one of our receptions. The card must be handed in by Sunday April 30th.
The KEEP IT UP stamp card
To keep track of your training, you will receive an Athletica KEEP IT UP card from us. On this card you collect stamps that you get from us every time you have completed a workout.PS: there is only one card per member.
How does it work?
The goal is to train 2-3 times per week for at least 3 out of 6 weeks. The competition is divided into two parts:
- Train steadily, 2-3 workouts each week:
For each week you have two workouts, where one of them is a group training class, you will receive a weekly award from us. If you manage to get a third workout in some of the weeks, you get a stamp in the bonus field as well.
- Keep up the good exercise habits for at least 3 out of 6 weeks:
If you manage to have two workouts per week for at least three out of six weeks, and hand in the card, you will be in the draw for the main prizes. This year we also have a bonus draw! If you manage three workouts per week for at least three out of six weeks and hand in the card, you are automatically in the extra bonus draw as well.

The main prizes
To take part in the draw for the main prizes, you must hand in your card by Sunday April 30th. To hand in the card, you must have completed at least three out of six weeks on the card with:
- two sessions per week (one group class + one optional workout)
What are the main prizes?
The main prizes are AirPods or Sports watch. We will draw 3 winners who can choose one of these prizes. We will also draw 3 winners of free membership for 6 months, and 3 winners of three free PT sessions.
To take part in the draw for the bonus prizes, you must hand in your card by Sunday April 30th. To qualify for the bonus draw you must have completed at least three out of six weeks on the card with:
- three sessions per week (one group class + one optional workout + one optional bonus workout)
What are the bonus prizes?
The bonus prizes are free participation in one of SiO Athletica's courses. It is valid for 1 year. We will draw 3 winners who can choose a course they want to attend.
What is an approved workout?
One of the workouts per week must be a group class at SiO Athletica. Here you can see all our group class categories. Maybe you will find a new favorite?The other workouts are completely optional. An optional workout must be a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity, such as training in the studio, training outside or at home, group class, sports activity, ski trip, hiking, going for a walk and such.You can document self-training with photos or tracking/log on a watch or similar, and get a stamp on the KEEP IT UP card afterwards.
Several sessions in one day?
To get a stamp on the card, your workouts must be spread over different days. We recommend a little training steadily, rather than a lot of training at once.
The order of the workouts
You decide the order of your workouts yourself. For example, you can have a workout in the studio on Monday and Wednesday (then you get a stamp for session 1 and session 3 in your stamp-card, but no weekly award yet), and a workout on Saturday which is a group class (then you get a stamp for session 2 in your stamp card, and a weekly prize) .You will receive the weekly award when you have had one optional workout and one group class.
But group training classes are not for me
