If you wish to terminate your tenancy contract, please give notice 2 or 3 months in advance, depending on your type of accommodation.

Your notice will be calculated from the 15th or the end of the month. 

It is possible to shorten the notice period to two weeks for the accommodations which usually have 2 months´ notice period during the period from 15 July to 15 August. You can terminate the contract to 31 July by 15 July, to 15 August by 31 July and to 31 August by 15 August. After this time there is a two-month notice period calculated from the 15 and the last day of the month.

Couples and family accommodations have a three-month termination throughout the year.

If you change your mind and want to terminate the contract before you move in, it's important to give a written notice as soon as possible. See more information in general conditions.
