We receive many inquiries from students who are struggling. Everyone experiences difficult times in life and sometimes it feels good to talk to someone. Our goal is for you to cope better and get a feeling of overall well-being in everyday life, and at the same time have less troubles.

Do you experience great anxiety about the coronary infection and want someone to talk to about it? At SiO Health we can arrange for you to have a video call within a few days. Call our switchboard to schedule: 22 85 33 00.

Covid-19 – preventive measures
We are now conducting consultations in person in our premises, though to a very limited extent. Most consultations are still conducted through video or phone.

If you have a consultation scheduled in person, this will be specified through text message or otherwise, as well as the address. In this case it is important that you arrive at the specific time, as to avoid spending unnecessary time in our waiting area. In the waiting area there is a strict policy of minimum 2 meters’ distance between people.

If you feel sick or suspect you might have Covid-19
If you have any symptoms at all, you must remain at your home and avoid contact with other people. If the symptoms are mild respiratory symptoms you should remain at home at least 1 day after the symptoms have disappeared. You do not have to contact health services for testing.

If you have severe symptoms you should call the Oslo municipality Corona information line: 21 80 21 82 or the emergency health services (legevakt): 116 117.
