Walk and Talk

Join us for a walk. There will be room to talk about whatever you like, ask for advice on lifestyle factors such as physical activity, diet, stress and sleep, problems related to school, or just walk in silence. This is a free one-on-one outdoor session.
Book your walk and talk here.

Do you want to become a Student Supporter?

If you want to help and support fellow students, got at least one year of experience as a student, and some time to spare, you can register as a Student Supporter. An informal interview will then be conducted before you receive the necessary training. You will also get access to guidance from an advisor in SiO Counseling, who is partner in the project.

Student Support is a voluntary commitment about mobilizing students to help fellow students to create a warmer and more inclusive student life. After completing your engagement, you will receive a diploma.

To register your interest: send an email with a brief description of yourself and your motivation to studentsupport@sio.no
