Student life has a lot of big questions to ponder, and possibly one you get faced with often, is what to have for dinner, week after week. Another question you could start to ask yourself is why make it difficult when it could be easy? And whoever said easy has to be noodles, porridge and pizza Grandiosa? Why not enjoy the satisfaction of creating your own pizza, or make pie like a true brit? Below you’ll find 4 different dishes using the same 6 ingredients – simple does it!

Our six ingredients for creative cooking:
Chicken, cheese, tomato, tortilla wraps, sweet potato and salad.

Chicken wrap:

  1. Fry the chicken filet(s) and season to your liking.
  2. Heat tortilla wraps in the microwave.
  3. Fill the wraps with chicken,salat,tomato and cheese. Roll it together and cut in half..
  4. have some salad on the side and enjoy

Shepherds pie:

  1. Cut chicken filet in pieces and fry them in the pan.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes in squares and cook them til they are soft. Pour out the water and add a spoonful of butter(optional).
  3. Use a blender and make sweet potato mash!
  4. Spread the mash out evenly in a baking tray, throw in the fried chicken, and cover with cheese!
  5. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese has a golden crust (15 mns should do). Have some salad on the side.


  1. Set the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Make your own tomato sauce by mashing tomatoes and seasoning with the spices of your liking. Spread the sauce out on the tortilla wrap.
  3. Cut chicken in pieces, and fry them in the pan. When done put them on the tortilla wrap.
  4. Top with cheese!
  5. Put the pizza in the oven and cook until the cheese has a golden crust, 7-10 mns.

Chicken filet with sweet potato fries:

  1. Cut sweet potatoes to fries, coat them well with frying oil, and spread them evenly on a baking tray. Cook for roughly 30 mns at 200 degrees.
  2. Fry the chicken and season as you wish.
  3. Cut salad and tomato to have on the side.
