The purpose of the statutes is to secure kindergarten places for students with children, as well as to ensure justifiable operation of the Student Kindergartens.
Students that have paid the term fee may be assigned kindergarten spaces.
As a rule, spaces are awarded based on the time of reception of the application.
For the main admission in August, the application must be received before 1 March. It is also
possible to apply at any time, and admissions take place continuously.
Students with children who comply with Section 13 of the Day Care Institution Act are given special
priority. The applicant must provide documentation.
Single student parents with provider responsibility, international students and students who already
have children in SiO’s kindergartens will be given priority
