If you do not attend to your appointment  for your first examination (and have not cancelled 24 hours before your appointment) or if you are delayed by 10 minutes or more, you have to pay a fee of NOK 300 ("not attend" in the price list), and you will have to make a new apointment for your first checkup.

You must meet 10 minutes before your first appointment with the dentist in order to register before your examination!
