If you have lost your keys or locked yourself out, do not  call a locksmith to get into your flat again. Give us a call and SiO Housing will help you, day or night.

Unlocking 

If you have locked yourself out SiO Housing will help you no matter what time of day. Call your SiO Center for help. After opening hours you will be automatically transferred to our 24 hours emergency telephone. Note that the unlocking will be done against a fee. The fee will be added to your rental invoice.

If you have lost your keys/card you will get a new at the SiO Center during daytime. The size of the fee will depend on how many keys you have lost. 

The rates are available in Appendix 1 to the contract, General Conditions. When returning the keys and card you will have a refund of half of the amount.
