Vestgrensa Student House was built in two stages. The first house was built in 1999 and the second house was finished in 2011. The houses has seven floors with a total of 397 residences. All flats have water heating radiators and a door phone system at the entrance.

Your mail box is located at the main entrance. You must label you mail box with your fully name. Be aware that the label must be placed on the inside so as the postman can see it.

Laundry room

The laundry room in Trimveien 6 is in the cellar. Payment and reservation in the laundry room.

In Trimveien 8 there is a private washing machine in every flat.

Storage room
Some flats have their private storage room and some share with others. All storage rooms are in the cellar and are labeled with room number.

Parking
Contact Europark to buy a permit to the parking house under Domus Athletica.

Bicycle parking
Bycicles must be placed in the bike stalls outside the student house. There is an inside bike stall in Trimveien 6. Bicycles must be labeled with a sticker available at the SiOCentre.

Fire safety
The fire alarm system is connected directly to the fire brigade in Oslo. If a tenant sets off a false alarm he or she will be invoiced the amount which the fire brigade charges for the emergency.

Fuse box and light bulbs
The student village has automatic fuses. In Trimveien 6 the fuse box is placed in the entrances. In Trimveien 8 the fuse box is places inside the flats and in the common kitchens. You are personally responsible for buying light bulbs. Kindly report any dark lamps in the common kitchen through My Page.

Roof terrace
In Trimveien 8 there is access to two common roof terraces. Smoking and barbeque on the terrace is strictly forbidden.
