Laundry card
All our washing and drying machines can be used with your laundry card. You receive the card when moving in. If you haven't received the card, kindly contact your SiO Centre.

Log in to My Page and find your laundry, or transfer money to your laundry account. The payment service is secure and gives you some options on how much money you are able to transfer. You may use the washing machines right away after a transfer has been made.
If you have transferred an escessive amount of money to your laundry card, you may log into My Page and transfer the money back to your bank account. It can take up to 24 hours before the money is transferred back to your account. Money transferred to the laundry card cannot be retuned to your account
if it is more than 6 months since the transaction. The money is still
available, but can only be used for laundry purposes. If you happen to lose your laundry card, kindly report to us immediately.

Use of washing machines and tumble dryers are 20 NOK each.
Make a reservation
To book a washing machine, log in and choose your laundry. Booking can be done either through our online laundry service on My Page or directly in your laundry. Only washing machines can be booked in advance. You may also go directly to your laundry and use available machines without a reservation.
The reservation is valid 15 minutes after time of reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and the machine will be available to other tenants.
Notice! When the machine is cancelled after 15 minutes your laundry card will be charged for one wash.
SMS reminder
You may choose to get a reminder in front of your reservation, or after the washing machine and dryer are done. Norwegian numbers only. This service is free of charge.
A SMS reminder can be sent up to 24 hours prior to your reservation. The reminder can be activated both in the laundry and online. You will not be notified if you book a period which has already started.
When starting up a washing machine or dryer, you may ask for a SMS reminder when the machine is finished. Press <SMS ?> on the display and add your mobile phone number. The next time you use your card in the laundry your mobile number will be recognized. Five minutes before the washing load is finished, you will receive a SMS.
